Trenzly is an online Print-on-Demand (POD) clothing brand offering premium pre-designed apparel and customizable clothing products.

2. Eligibility

3. Products

  • We strive to display products accurately.
  • Slight variations in print placement, color, or size may occur due to the print-on-demand process and different screen settings.
  • Customized products are manufactured according to customer specifications.

4. Orders

  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order if necessary.
  • Customers must provide accurate billing, shipping, and contact information.

5. Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • Prices may change without prior notice.
  • Applicable taxes, if any, will be displayed during checkout.

6. Payments

We accept secure prepaid payments through Razorpay, including:

  • Other payment methods supported by Razorpay

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible products and serviceable locations.

Prepaid orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Free Shipping across India.
  • Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours.
  • Estimated delivery is within 7 business days.
  • Delivery timelines may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. Returns & Refunds

  • Eligible products may be returned within 5 days of delivery.
  • Customized or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are damaged, defective, or an incorrect product is delivered.

9. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled only before production or dispatch begins.

Once a customized product enters production, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content including logos, graphics, product designs, images, text, and branding belongs to Trenzly and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that uploaded artwork, logos, images, or text for customized products do not infringe the intellectual property rights of any third party.

  • Upload offensive, illegal, defamatory, or copyrighted content without authorization.
