We currently ship to serviceable locations across India.

2. Free Shipping

We offer FREE Shipping on all eligible orders across India. No minimum order value is required unless otherwise mentioned during promotional offers.

3. Order Processing

Prepaid orders are processed after successful payment confirmation through Razorpay.
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are processed after order confirmation.
Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24–48 hours, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time is up to 7 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier partner availability.
Remote locations may require additional delivery time.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, a tracking ID or tracking link will be shared via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable), allowing you to monitor your shipment.

6. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partners will make delivery attempts according to their standard policy. If delivery fails due to an incorrect address, unavailable recipient, or refusal to accept the package, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Trenzly is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
